These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bng88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). bng88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms or any specific promotion terms; failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; self-exclusion activation; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at bng88's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of fair play, security, or regulatory compliance.
